Bicycles typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every purchase.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer professional bike tuning services?
Yes, every bike purchased through Biket Hillcrest includes one complimentary professional tune-up within the first six months of ownership at any of our authorized service centers.
