Return Process

  Log into your Biket Hillcrest account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Hillcrest

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
